Leadership
Deanne Herbers brings over 17 years of recruiting experience as the CEO & founder of DYH Recruiting and DYH Group Inc. A majority of her recruiting experience was gained in the public accounting sector working for large Big 4 firms like Ernst & Young. Prior to founding DYH Recruiting, Deanne handled Recruiting for Ernst & Young’s West Coast Tax Services Practice where she was responsible for hiring Federal tax talent and specialized individuals with International, State & Local, R&D, Credit & Incentives and Accounting Methods backgrounds. In addition, for over 3 years Deanne focused on hiring IT Advisory candidates for Ernst & Young.
During a 5-year tenure at U.S. Trust Company, a prestigious wealth management firm and subsidiary of Bank of America, Deanne managed HR operations and recruitment strategy for the Western Region as the VP of Human Resources. Prior to taking on her role at U.S. Trust, she spent 3 years in the recruiting practice of Arthur Andersen, and gained 2 years of valuable hands on experience as a financial auditor.
